These are editorial weights, not backtested predictions. Elevated: 70–100; Notable: 45–69; Watch: below 45. A single buyer cannot reach Elevated.

• Buyer breadth (40): two distinct management CIKs earn 15 points, three earn 30, four or more earn 40. One earns zero.
• Capital (25): combined purchases of $100k / $500k / $1m earn 10 / 18 / 25 points. Companies below $100k are omitted.
• Leadership (20): a CEO or CFO title earns 20 points; another officer earns 12; directors alone earn 5.
• Recency (15): the latest filing within 3 / 7 / 14 days earns 15 / 10 / 5 points; older earns zero.

Uses 30 calendar days of filed, non-derivative code-P purchases by officers and directors. A filing’s dollars count once even with multiple reporting owners. Declared 10b5-1 plans, apparent blank-check issuers, implausible values, and issuers with amendments filed in this window are excluded. An unmarked trading-plan flag does not prove a purchase was discretionary.

SEC code P includes open-market and private purchases. Separate co-filings can still describe the same economic purchase; linked filers may not represent independent decisions. Review the filing footnotes. Dollar weights are absolute, not relative to wealth or company size, and the score does not consider valuation, sales, or future performance.

Dates are filing dates, when the information became public. Coverage gaps can undercount activity. The clock stays current even when ingestion is stale, so old purchases age out instead of appearing fresh. This is a research screen, not a buy recommendation.
